The Poor Gurus' Network, subsidiaries, employees, and executives can not be and will not be held responsible for anything beyond what is stated on contract(s) between the customer and The Poor Gurus' Network. Our services, come as is, with no warranty, unless stated otherwise.
The Poor Gurus' Network has the right to refuse and/or discontinue service if we decide to do so. In cases where services are discontinued, The Poor Gurus' Network will solely take responsibility of estimating the reimbursement amount (determining factors include: labor already executed, total time The Poor Gurus' Network spent with the client, and how much the client has already paid) and issueing it in a period of 4 months after the last payment. Possible reasons of service termination include: abuse of The Poor Gurus' Network facilities, systems, software, hardware, and all property and/or assets of The Poor Gurus' Network and it's owner, Charles Chear, lateness of service fees, theft of both physical and intellectual property, and so forth. The Poor Gurus' Network has the right to add other situations to the abuse category, if we feel that it is truely considerable.
Reasons of service refusal can include: working within an uncomfortable environment where illegal activities and/or material is apparent, obscene and/or graphic material, and just generally anything that we feel is inappropiate for us to work with.
